Authors are invited to submit the abstract online through SAFARI2 website on before 30st Sep 2017 using the username and password provided after the registration. The full paper should be send on or before 15th November 2017 in MS Word format by e-mail to: email@example.com.
By submitting an abstract, the author(s) make(s) a commitment
that the work is original and not published before in any manner and
that at least one of the authors would register for the conference and
present it in the conference. Papers not presented in the conference
will not be considered for publication in the proceedings, edited
volume, or the special issue of the journal(s).
Guidelines for Submission of Abstract
title should be printed in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS (16-point Times New
Roman) with scientific names italicized. Scientific names should not be
preceded or followed by commas or parentheses or other markings.
Author (s): Names of all authors should be in 12-point Times New Roman font. Presenting author's name should be with * after the name.
Address and email: Designations, affiliations/ addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses should be in 10-point Times New Roman font, followed by a list of keywords, subject to a maximum of five, which should be arranged in alphabetical order, and should be separated by commas with a full stop at the end. Provide only presenting author's address and e-mail address.
Length: Maximum length for an abstract is one A4 sized page (400 words).
Page size/setup: Standard A4 (210mm x 297mm=8.27"x 11.69") paper (portrait). Margin should be set at 1 inch throughout (Top/bottom/left/right).
Abstract Font and spacing: The abstract should be in fully italicized text (12-point Times New Roman, 1.15 spacing and should not exceed 400 words), explaining the background, the need, aims, methods and the expected findings of the study.
Paragraphs: Paragraphs should be separated by a blank line and should not be indented.
Alignment: Center alignment for title, author(s) and address. Justify alignment for abstracts write-up.
Figures and Tables: Inclusion of figures and tables are encouraged and should be uploaded separately along with Abstract Word Document. They should be readable. In graphs, labels of X-axis and Y-axis should be sufficiently large and should be readable after reduction. Graphs and tables should be in black & white.
Deadline: Sep 30, 2017 is the deadline for submission of abstracts. Abstracts received after deadline may not find a place in the Book of Abstracts.
Guidelines for Submission for Full Paper
full paper should be prepared as per the guidelines provided for the
respective category of paper (Conceptual, Empirical, Reflective Practice
or Case Study) as specified.
Body of Manuscript: Manuscript must be prepared on standard A4 size paper setting. It must be prepared on a 1.15 spacing and single column with 1-inch margin set for top, bottom, left and right. It should be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font with page numbers at the bottom-center of every page.
Headings: All section headings should be in 14-point Times New Roman font and sub-section headings should be in 12-point Times New Roman font. These must be bold-faced, aligned left and fully capitalized. Leave a blank line before each heading.
Figures & Tables: These must be simple, centered and numbered, with the titles of figures/tables above the figure/table. Sources of figures/tables should be mentioned below them.
Citation & References: References within the text and at the end of the paper should be in the style prescribed.
All full papers will be double-blind refereed by the peer experts for their selection and for publication in the edited volume/special issue of peer reviewed journals.The selections will be based on the combined criteria of quality of the papers as well as the suitability of the theme for the particular journal or edited volume.
General guidelines for preparing the posters
a) Posters should be in the size of 1.0 m height x 0.9 m wide including margin.
b) The matter preferably may be prepared in two columns with tables, photos or graphs along with the written matter. The title, authors name and address may be kept in a single column only.
c) The font size should not be less than 40 for title, 30 for Author name and 24 for other written matter.
d) Use light background with dark color fonts for posters.
e) For each poster subject wise code will be given and that should reflect on left side corner of the poster.
f) Self adhesive materials should not be used for making posters.
g) Materials for putting up the poster will be provided by the organizers.
h) If author wishes, they can keep an A4 size handout below the poster for the conference participants who wish to take a copy of the poster.
